Want the chance to connect with others who share your goals, lifestyles, schedules and hobbies, while doing an easy but fun to do exercise and do it all free? Regular walking, a favorite exercise for senior citizens, is one of the most effective forms of physical activity that delivers substantial health benefits and improves heart health. Our Walker’s Silver Steps gives you the opportunity to connect with others while getting some physical activity at the same time.

Participants must provide their own green-ware or bisque pieces and supplies. Cost of $8 includes one kiln-firing for the in-class piece. Location list where pieces may be purchased is available.
