Take a trip with us to a 43-acre historical apple farm located in Oak Creek Canyon known as Slide Rock State Park. The park is named after the famous Slide Rock which is a slippery creek bottom. You’ll have the chance to swim, wade, picnic, bird watch, fish, play volleyball and hike some of the parks trails. If you are really adventurous, you’ll have the chance to cliff jump from 25 and 50 feet into the waiting water below. To prepare for your visit it would be wise or ideal to bring your bathing suit, sun block, trash bags, and comfortable shoes.
