Parent’s Night Out & Give Parent’s a Break
Feb. 16 • 6-10pm
$20 • Ages, six weeks – 12 yrs.
Register infants and preschool children at the CDC, preteens, 6-12 yrs. old, at the Youth Center by the Friday, one week prior. Qualifying Air Force families are eligible for free childcare from the Give Parents a Break Program which is provided by the AF Aid Society. Call the A&FRC at 623-856-6550.
Start Smart Soccer

An introductory soccer fundamentals program where parents work one-on-one with their children.
Jan. 23 – Feb. 27 • 5-6pm • Ages 5(K)-15
$35 • Sign-up by Jan. 18
Classes are taught in a group setting where lessons in sportsmanship, teamwork, self-confidence, and the fundamentals of soccer are incorporated, with an emphasis on fun and fitness. Sports physical, immunization record, and proof of flu shot are required.

Learner’s Permit Required
Students learn defensive driving techniques, freeway and city driving practices, and night driving lessons are available. Package includes four 2 1/2 hr. sessions, followed by the Final Evaluation. Participants can earn their road test waiver and get their license the same day.
